OUT-IN: Organising, Using and Transferring INnovation is aimed at adapting and transferring the results of a previous Leonardo da Vinci project (ISOL – ACTION) that had produced a prototype model of self-study training course - addressed to the “learning professionals” - for the development of competences in planning and implementing of projects financed by the European Union.

In particular, OUT-IN focuses on the competences requested  to plan transnational Mobility projects.

To adapt the model, it will be carried out a preliminary field analysis aimed at verifying, with the cooperation of a group of Operators - belonging to organisations other than those forming the partnership and with a sound experience of planning of Mobility actions - the training needs analysis made during the previous project, so as to possibly integrate/revise the didactical contents already available.

Following, the model will be experimented within all partner Countries (Italy, Greece, Latvia and United Kingdom) and - if necessary - further adapted for final release.

The full transfer will be pursued by practical implementation of the self-study training courseware, supported by actions of tutoring and coaching, with the involvement of Italian and Latvian operators (representatives of Secondary Schools, Training Agencies, Social partners, Enterprises, Local Authorities). As tangible output of the action it is expected the formulation of some Mobility proposals and Multilateral projects to be submitted within the Lifelong Learning Programme.

The whole activity will support the networking and the creation of a virtual community, including all subjects and institutions participating in the experimentation and transfer actions, with potential for stabilization and usability for the development of transnational cooperation in the framework of communitarian programmes.
